Hiring for an International Voice process -(Hindi /Malayalam)
- Designation: Executive/ Senior Executive.
- Languages Known: Hindi & Malayalam
- Qualification: Graduate not mandatory.
- Notice period: Immediate Joiners.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Min 6 months of experience in Technical support (troubleshooting, WAN /LAN) etc,. with proper documents.
- Should have an hand on experience in complaints handling with the customer is an added advantage.
- Good communication in English with Hindi and Malayalam.
- Candidate should speak in English Fluently.
- Preferred Immediate joiners.
- Should be comfortable to work in rotational shift for 5 days with 2 days rotational offs.
