Were hiring experienced professionals in Customer Service for the roles of Process Associate and Senior Associate.
- Date : Saturday, 14th June 2025
- Time : 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM
- Experience Required : 1 to 5 years
- Skill : Customer Service
- Education : Graduation (Mandatory)
- Should be flexible for Night Shift.
Job Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional support with superior communication and listening skills
- Troubleshoot customer issues with strong technical and MS Office knowledge (especially Excel)
- De-escalate customer frustrations with empathy and professionalism
- Manage multiple tasks and customer interactions efficiently
- Make sound decisions and adapt quickly to changes
- Foster strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction at every touchpoint
