Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage month end reporting process, including general ledger accounting, balance sheet reconciliation, intercompany reconciliation, and transformational leadership.
- Oversee record to report (RTR) processes to ensure accurate financial statements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication.
- Identify areas for improvement in the finance department’s operations and implement changes as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 9-14 years of experience in managerial finance or a related field.
- Strong understanding of General Ledger Accounting, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Intercompany Reconciliation, Month End Reporting, R2R (Record to Report), Transformational Leadership.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates with experience in Finance from AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRIES will be preferred.
Candidate MUST be flexible to multiple shifts .
