Role & Responsibilities:
Corporate Salary Sales Officer – Retail Branch Banking:
- Ensure strict adherence to Know Your Customer (KYC) norms.
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of the bankβs products.
- Achieve defined productivity targets for salary account sourcing and cross-selling.
Retail Branch Banking – Acquisition Sales Officer:
- Pitch higher variant salary accounts to Senior employees along with managed program
- Meeting & follow-up with the customer regularly after his account gets opened for Early funding of the sourced account with Salary Credit
- Cross-Selling of various Products.
- Preparing Daily Sales Reports having the details of all the calls made during the day
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with prior experience in sales or customer service. (0 to 4 years)
- Individuals passionate about sales and relationship-building in the banking sector.
