We are hiring for International US Banking Non-Voice Process

Eligibility Criteria :

• Should have excellent written communication and should be able to comprehend properly.
• Should be good at typing.
• Good English Communication.
• Handling customers queries and requests for the services.
• Understand customer requirements and provide the best customer service experience.
• Graduate year 2025 can also apply

Shift & Cab :

• Shift Timings 5:30PM to 10:30AM (Total 9:30hours fixed by the Operations)
• 5 days schedule with rotational night shift and 2days rotational week offs
• Work from Office
• Two-way cab is available (17km radius from office location)
• Food will be provided based on the shifts

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handling customers query and request for the services
• Understand customer requirement and provide the best customer service experience
