Role & Responsibilities:
- Handling Outbound / Inbound calls of customers
- Responding to customers with the resolution
- Adherence to service delivery standards
- Follow up with concern department / branches for resolution & closure.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Graduate (in any stream)
- Fresher or up to 5 years of experience
- Candidates with good English communication skills
- Flexible to work in any shift between (7.00 AM to 11 PM),
- Flexible to work on Holidays/Sundays (as per the attendance roster)
