HCLTech is Hiring for US Technical Support (Blended Process) – Noida

• Job Location: HCL Technologies, Sector 126, Noida
• Process Type: Technical Support (Blended)
• Walk-in Interview Details:
• Timings: 11:00 AM- 2:00 PM

Roles & Responsibilities for Technical Support Role:

• Troubleshoot moderately complex hardware/software/application issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide resolution and assistance.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for case handling and documentation.
