Job Description For HCL Tech:
Roles and Responsibilities:
Fresher with good communication.
Adhere to TAT and accuracy, report out daily performance and update all performance logs and Report KPI’s/SLA’s as per agreed timelines
Exposure into Helpdesk metrics
Excellent Communication to handle International clients
Qualifications:
Graduate/Post-graduate in any stream
Willing to work night shifts as per US time zones between 6 pm to 5 am
Must be skilled in MS Word and Excel
Desired Candidate Profile:
Freshers with good English Communication is Mandatory
Qualification : Graduation compulsory (Without any standing arrears)
