Lava Walk-in Drive For Maintenance Engineer

Detailed Job Details:

• Develop and adhere Preventive maintenance system for all the equipment related to Utility maintenance
• Should be able to handle all Utility Equipments (Transformer, UPS, DG, Electrical Panels, AC , Chillers HT, LT, VCB, ACB, Switch Gear, Capacitor Panel, Knowledge)
• Shutdown jobs planning, scheduling, execution and reporting.
• Co-ordination with service provider to plan and execute Preventive Maintenance and Repair actions of Breakdown, Manpower Handling
• Ability to develop sub-ordinates for line maintenance & enhance their skills
• Responsible for Capital Asset identification, Master Data management & Audit compliance
• Implementation of machine Best Practices, kaizens, and improvement activities
• Knowledge of safety while performing repair and troubleshooting of machine equipment
• Knowledge of SAP for PR creation and report study.
• Implementation of TPM, ISO, standards and fulfill their requirements
• Training & development for Engineering team to enhance their skills
• HT, LT, Transformer, VCB, ACB, Switch Gear, Capacitor Panel, Knowledge
• Knowledge of UPS, DG, ESD, Earth Pits, lighting arrester
• Have good knowledge of HVAC/AHU/FCU/Chiller/Pumps/Air Shower/Clean Room
• Have worked on Compressor/Dryer and have good knowledge of its PM
• Have knowledge of RO and Softener Plant
• Troubleshooting of Electrical Problem, RCA, 5Why, CAPA

Ideal Candidate:

• BE/B. tech or Diploma holder having 6-7 years experience on Utility PM planning function of Manufacturing /Automobile/FMCD/FMCG industry.
