Tech Mahindra Walk-in Drive For Freshers

• Mega Walk-In Drive @ Tech Mahindra Limited || 5 Days Working || Work from office: Mumbai Location
• Tech Mahindra is hiring for Customer Support Associate, Inbound Voice Process
• It is a Health Care Insurance Process

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduates can only attend the interview.
• Good English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Candidates from Mumbai location will be preferred.

Shift timings:

• Day Shift (Rotational)
• Any time between (8AM-9PM), 10 Hrs Shift
• 5 days Working, 2 days rotational Week off’s

Salary Structure:

• Freshers: 17,000 in-hand per month
• Experienced: 20,000 in-hand per month

Job Details:

• We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for a blended process role. The candidate will handle both voice and non-voice interactions to provide excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Address and resolve customer queries, issues, and concerns with empathy and accuracy.
• Provide product/service information and support.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
• A customer-centric attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
