- Tech Mahindra is hiring for Customer Support Associate, Inbound Voice Process
- It is a Health Care Insurance Process
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduates can only attend the interview.
- Good English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Candidates from Mumbai location will be preferred.
Shift timings:
- Day Shift (Rotational)
- Any time between (8AM-9PM), 10 Hrs Shift
- 5 days Working, 2 days rotational Week off’s
Salary Structure:
- Freshers: 17,000 in-hand per month
- Experienced: 20,000 in-hand per month
Job Details:

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
