Your Role – Assistant Manager:

As an Assistant Manager in our Cyber Team, you will:

1. Build and nurture strong working relationships with clients and teams, aiming to exceed expectations.
2. Conduct security assessments of IT systems, applications, and networks to identify vulnerabilities.
3. Perform risk assessments and gap analyses against frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST CSF, PCI-DSS.
4. Apply knowledge in domains such as Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, Access Control, Incident Response, DR/BCM, Identity Access Review, ITGC, SOX, Third-Party Risk Management, and IT Audits.
5. Design and test controls for ITGCs and ITACs using appropriate testing methodologies.
6. Lead/Support cybersecurity implementation projects (design, build, testing, deployment).
7. Independently manage tasks with minimal supervision.
8. Collaborate cross-functionally to implement cybersecurity best practices and resolve vulnerabilities.
9. Stay current on emerging cyber threats, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
10. Participate in proposal development, business development planning, and client engagement economics.
11. Play an active role in talent retention, recruitment, and team capability building.

Desired Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master’s preferred).
2. 4–8 years of experience in cybersecurity assessments, risk management, IT audits, SOX controls, or related areas.
3. Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, CIS Controls, etc.).
4. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CEH, CRISC (highly preferred).
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
6. Experience in engagement management and stakeholder influence is a plus.
