1. Role : Procurement Associate
2. Experience: 1 year to 5 years
3. Job Location: TCS Olympus Thane, Mumbai

Eligibility:

1. Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
2. Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts
3. Carry 2 photocopies of Aadhar/PAN
4. Candidates to have registered EPs
5. It is mandatory to submit a valid copy of TCS application form during the drive

Skills:

Must-Have:

1. Create/ PR and PO, reconcile purchase orders, Research Resolve
2. Order Exceptions, Supplier Identification process in JDE, SAP S4/
3. ERP and Ariba usage experience
4. Experience in managing Master data related to Procurement
5. Fundamental understanding of Procure to Pay cycle
6. Experience in RFx process

Good-to-Have:

1. Significant exposure as a user of one or more IT tools for supply chain planning
2. Fair Understanding of supply chain for Oil & Gas or Energy Services industry
3. Experience in Purchasing, Sourcing & Supplier Management for goods/ services.

Responsibilities:

1. Able to review Material requirement and specifications, Floating RFQ, Receiving Bid response, preparing & sharing bid summary
2. Experience in reviewing and releasing purchase orders, reconciling purchase orders, resolve supplier queries.
   Follow up and expedite critical purchase orders.
3. Maintain master data and updates
4. Identify potential risk and work out mitigation plan
5. Establish and monitor the process of issue management, change management and quality management
6. Organize timely meetings between supplier / s and Customer for issue resolution
7. Prepare overall project status reports and submit to senior management in TCS and customer for reviews
8. Essential to have ERP system hands on experience JDE/SAP & Ariba or related buying tool experience preferred.

8. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently present complex information to Sr. Management and Client presentation.

Responsibilities:

1. Review material requirements and specifications, float RFQs, receive bid responses, and prepare, analyze, and share bid evaluations.
2. Manage purchase orders by reviewing, releasing, reconciling, and resolving supplier queries.
3. Follow up on and expedite critical purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
4. Maintain and update master data accurately.
5. Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation plans.
6. Establish and monitor processes for issue management, change management, and quality management.
7. Organize timely meetings between teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues efficiently.
8. Prepare overall project status reports and present them to senior management at TCS and customer teams for review.
9. Drive governance calls with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
10. Utilize ERP systems effectively, with hands-on experience in JDE/SAP & Ariba (or related buying tools preferred).
11. Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work in US/EMEA/APAC shift timings.
