Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven ERP Software Sales Representative. The ideal candidate should have a flair for sales, preferably tech sales. Being an ERP Software Sales Representative you will engage with HNIs and business owners and gather their business requirements and suggest the right solutions which would enhance the functioning of their business. This role will not only give you great exposure to different industries and business models but also enhance skills like analysis, negotiation, presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
Sourcing of leads from industry specific brand/principal company websites.
Calling to schedule meetings with business owners.
Conduct in-person meetings with prospects to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
Ensure timely coordination with the internal teams for successful completion of projects.
Generate value for existing customers auditing their systems and suggesting advanced solutions within the ERP in order to obtain references to generate more sales.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain a deep understanding of our ERP SaaS product offerings and capabilities.
Being aware of the competitors and drawing comparison between their solutions and our offerings.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions.
Negotiation and Closing:
Highlight the value proposition and negotiate contract terms and pricing to close sales.
Ensure all sales agreements and documentation are completed accurately and promptly.
Qualifications:
Experience in sales, with a strong preference for software solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a passion for technology.
Proficient in learning new software to manage work more efficiently.
