This position requires the candidate to have the following skills and work experience –
- Hands on experience with ServiceNow platforms
- ServiceNow administration experience
- Thorough understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes
- Experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset).
- Configuration/Customization of the Service Now system, including creating workflows
- Experience in using scripting tools to create script in ServiceNow to automate tasks.
- Experience with integrations and process automation within ServiceNow
- Experience with upgrading ServiceNow instances
- Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data, monitor health, usage and check for the overall compliance of the applications.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory will be preferred
Qualifications:

- Engineer in Computer Science/IT, or other relevant education with good academic background preferred.
