Triad Engineer:

Retail banking / Payments experience with 5-10 years of Industry experience, solid exposure to engineering delivery related to Cards/Risk domain
Hands-on experience on FICO TRIAD is primary while exposure to VisionPlus would be a secondary skill
Proven experience in delivering projects end to end and experience in working with wider teams & integrating systems preferably in legacy systems such as mainframes /COBOL
Experience in project leadership involving multiple systems integrated in batch and online modes
Experience of Cards / VisionPlus system or exposure to risk/collections system or decisioning systems such as Triad, PowerCurve will be an added advantage
Detail responsibilities-
RBWM credit lending Decisioning is supported by CCS Decision Systems. Over 4 billion decisions are made every year for credit cards, loans, mortgages and current accounts. These lending decisions cover two main processes: a) credit origination and b) account management and servicing.
The program is to transform Credit Origination Decision infrastructure to improve credit decisions, create better customer experience through improved straight through processing and turnaround time, and increase use of digital channels. The program is to migrate All a) credit origination and b) account management systems on to SAS ID (Intelligent Decisioning platform)
To act as Technical lead for new decision system based on SAS Via platform, where we are migrating account opening and account management strategies.
As Tech lead, you will be formulating migration strategy, accountable for build and test and ensure quality deliverables.
As there are plans to migrate SAS ID to Google Cloud platform, this provides opportunity to use existing skills while build new skills on GCP on job.
Be accountable for end-to-end delivery of the SAS ID migration projects from Triad and PowerCurve
Work as a release train engineer/technical product owner, facing business for SAS ID
Contribute to design and provide technical leadership to the team
Develop, motivate and lead team of individuals to complete migration activity
Ensure right amount of testing done to ensure smooth roll out of the strategies on SAS ID
Ensure the products & services are supported by the right architectures and solutions meet the customer needs
Provide consultancy advice, as a trusted partner, to the both global and regional stakeholders within the business and other technology teams on how best to implement the right technology solution
Implement IT strategy to support core business objectives and gain business value.
