Roles and Responsibilities
Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening skills.
Should be comfortable working in outbound voice process (Sales).
When within scope and area of knowledge, provide pre and post-sales assistance for all applicable products
Self-starter who can meet deadlines and enjoys working in a competitive inside sales
environment
Highly motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Feels comfortable contacting clients via phone, chat or email
Knowledge of MS Office and use of voicemail and electronic mail systems
Familiarity with online advertising products and social media
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Qualification – Graduate
12 – 36 months experience (Sales/ digital marketing work experience) – Mandatory
5 day working, rotational weekly offs
Excellent verbal communication (English).
Should be within Transport Boundary.
