Job Responsibilities
As a Manager in the ELMS practice –
You will be required to take charge of IP and paralegal services operations, build relationships with stakeholders in the client organizations, coach the team towards higher levels of performance and growth, oversee performance metrics, handle exceptions and escalations, and provide domain support and guidance in quality and training reams.
You will be required to constantly think and implement strategies to improve process efficiency and quality to create value for the customer.
You will be required to participate and contribute to the exciting growth in the ELMS in different ways, including the interviewing and selection process for new hires, knowledge sharing of current processes with new team members, extending the process management methodologies to the new work that comes in, etc.
Functional and Technical Competencies
Strong knowledge and exposure of IP and paralegal service industry especially patents & trademarks filing & docketing, contract drafting, legal research etc.
Strong knowledge of various technology solutions available in the market for Legal Services.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse and remote stakeholders in the global environment
Work Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in the similar role
Must have worked for the Legal Services/Outsourcing firm
Minimum Qualification
Law Graduate
