POSITION SUMMARY:
The Technical Publication Author/Analyst (TPAA) position is accountable for the aero-logistics analysis and technical writing involved in developing the documentation to support aircraft systems.

Principal Responsibilities :
- Work closely with the Textron Infrastructure Center of Excellence (ICOE) service delivery staff and Business Unit (BU) Infrastructure Leaders to implement network solutions that adhere to Textron Network and Security standards to meet specific BU needs.
- Ensure Supplier compliance with Textron Security standards.
- Monitor Supplier SLA performance.
- Perform network performance management (including new circuit capacity sizing, existing circuit capacity utilization analysis, capacity upgrade/downgrade recommendations, and circuit provisioning / order management).
- Collaborate with Supplier network engineering staff to troubleshoot network performance problems; during network service break/restoration activities provide guidance and direction to the troubleshooting activities and restoration process; ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Provide application performance analysis as a service to the BU applications development and support teams.
- Participate in on-call rotations as scheduled.
Technical Competencies:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering is required.
- Required:
- cisco CCNA certification
- Experience with an MPLS VPN WAN implementation.
- Flexible to work to in shifts
Strong plus :
- CCNP or CCIE certification.
- Experience with : SD-WAN technologies and implementation.
- Experience with VoIP technology.
- Network security and firewall management applications.
- Experience in outsourced services delivery model.
Soft skils :
- Knowledge of how IT systems can be structured and deployed to enable achievement of business goals and objectives.
- Ability to build and sustain effective partnerships with third-party services supplier .
- Ability to effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to dynamic business needs.
- Excellent English, oral and written communication skills.
