Job Description:
Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications

Create and Maintain Test Scenarios/Scripts for Manual and Automated Testing
Create and maintain ATF tests, suites and schedules
Experience in ITSM module with strong development knowledge
Perform functional and regression testing, defect tracking from discovery to resolution.
Understands technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow.
Significant experience with agile development methodologies and tooling etc. Eg: Scrum, Jira & Confluence
A fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL or CMDB Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs – all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system
Experiences and understanding of Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications
