• Act as a single point of contact for employees & managers.
• Drives recruitment for assigned business channels within the assigned timelines.
• Timely address disciplinary & behavioural issues as per process.
• Handling employee life cycle management (pre joining to post joining)
• Having employee engagement activities for employees to keep engaged
• Manages complex & difficult HR processes.
• Provides MIS on different aspects
• Handling Grievance Management & working closely on attrition metrics.
