1. Payable Management
A. Royalty
a. Computation of monthly Royalty payments basis Royalty Agreements with vendors
b. Coordination with Vendors for Advance/Payment & periodic Reconciliation
c. Processing of Market Development Fund Invoices relating to specific vendors
B. Other Vendors
a. PO to Processing management of Subvention vendors
b. Coordination & payments for Marketing Promotion spends
2. Credit Notes Management
a. Monthly processing of cash discounts & CNs to General Trade
b. Schemes & Promotions Timely processing of CNs/DNs pertaining to Trade spends
c. Coordination for CNs/NEFT Refunds against defectives to Distributors/End Customers
3. Accounting & MIS
1. Timely closure of books of Accounts
2. Detailed understanding of different heads of expense provisions & its impact on P&L
3. Analysis of Sales & Margin variances
4. Timely Preparation & circulation of monthly profitability report to stakeholders
5. Periodic review of GL & timely closure of pending balances
4. AOP – Preparation & Closure
Close interface with FP&A and Business team in preparation & closure of AOP

Coordination with IDT/ IT/Business/Accounts on Identification & roll out of Automation
