- Ensure all the issues to be logged on helpdesk system from end user
- Guiding users to use Helpdesk system for each and every IT related issues
- Coordination with Vendor for closing service provider related issues
- Should have good knowledge of Computers hardware and network devices, and system troubleshooting skills.
- Should have knowledge of multiple operating system and other applications like Microsoft\ Linux\ MS Outlook and other office tools.
- Ensuring all fault tickets to be closed within SLA
- Keep record of the fault ticket records date wise / engineer wise / priority wise
- Keep log of the fault ticket number while logging tickets to Inbound / Telecom process helpdesk system
- Data Backup Desktop And Daily Checklist
- Asset Inventory Management
- Complete Desktop knowledge Installation and troubleshooting.
- ID Creation and Deletion AD and Keep Record updates
- Data uploading for respective process on daily basis.
- Aspect Dialer & Teckinfo Configuration and issue troubleshooting, Service Creation, Maintenance, Asterisk Voice Server.
