Food & Beverage Global Business Unit (FBGBU) is a hospitality domain which is developing and testing the Point Of Sales products. These products support a lot of different hardware systems like POS workstations, printers, hand held devices etc., and the software products we develop and support need to be mandatorily tested on these devices. The functionalities of the software developed by Oracle FBGBU need to be tested before the release to the customers.
Skills Required:
3-5 year of experience in creating automation frameworks in Java-Selenium or any other equivalent scrpiting in Open source languge/tools
Experience and ability to configure and manage the environment and trigger automation suite from automation server.
Working experience on Java Selenium,POM,TestNG,Maven,Web application automation,Eggplant scriptingJIRA, Maven, Eclipse.
Expertise in automating the manual tasks with Batch – Shell scripting, API framwrok development, Automation framework migration
Functional expertise on Eclipse – Java,TestNG,Maven,Web applciation automation, Senstalk
Exposure on the applications launched on the Linux platforms.
Role expects overall strong exp in Web Testing , DB test and API Test areas.
Strong knowledge on Scripting and Framework (Selenium Webdriver,Appium and API)
Basic knowledge of Linux, Android is good to have.
Interpretation and modification of code as required including batch files, make files, SQL scripts, queries, stored procedures and/or triggers
Roles & Responsibilities
Some of the responsibilities include:
The engineer has to develop Test Automation Framework, Text Execution and Reporting for one of the F&B products. Engineer has to design and modify the existing scripts which are used in execution.
Engineer should be able to Collaborate with fellow automation engineers and QA to understand the changes / requirments and able to develop scripts.
Engineer should manage the test labs and running daily automation scripts.
Able to design and modify the scripts whenever the product changes happen.
Able to understand the changes and design the scripts as per the requirement.
Test Case Designing, Creation, Test Script development in scripting language, Test Execution and Test reviews.
Develops test automation tools and frameworks with fellow automation engineers
