Technical Skills:
Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science or a related field
4+ years of relevant experience
SFDC Product Knowledge on Service Cloud and Sales cloud
Good understanding of Salesforce Security, Data model
In-Depth SFDC Platform Component Knowledge (Apex / Visual Force / Work Flow)
Solid Apex and Visual Force coding experience with good integration experience using Apex Callouts, SOAP/ REST messages
Knowledge and working experience with Web Services/ API development (outside Salesforce Platform)
Salesforce developer certification
Experience within the Financial Services industry highly preferred
Process Skills:
Directly responsible for design, development and maintenance of applications
Establish and enforce development standards and guidelines
Develop tools and methodologies to test for gaps, mitigate risk and address regulatory requirements
Behavioral Skills:
Strong communication skills to facilitate discussions with team members, end clients and senior business leaders
