Job Description:
Must have Policy Admin system functional experience with strong PAS testing skills.
- Good communication
- End to end process from upstream to downstream system
- Working closely with Business and IT team to understand the requirements
- Prepare Test plan, Test design and Test execution
- Review the defects and triage with Dev team
- Prepare DSR, WSR and defect tracker
- Participate in Requirement walkthrough call
Technical Skills:
- Test Case Design / Test scripting
- Test case execution
- Log defects
- Follow up Defect and Participate in Defect triage
- Bug fix verification
- Analyze and discuss with DEV on issues observed
Process Skills:
- Capable of analyzing requirements and develop software as per project defined software process
- Ability to execute test plans, create test cases test data and contribute to appropriate software (including programming languages) development life cycle methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge.
Behavioral Skills :
- Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
- Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
- Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
Qualification:
- Somebody who has at least 2+ years of work experience in software testing.
- Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
