Support, maintain, and develop the applications within the Compliance area
• Work with users to resolve any support issues raised by them including L1, L2 and L3
• Enhance and customize the application as asked for and prioritized by the users.
• Work could involve collaborating with a team of developers or work independently. There may be an element of analysis with the role, which could require interacting with the clients to gather and document the requirements, and agree specifications, as well as documenting the process.
• Work with global and local stakeholders / management and provide timely status reports and keep them abreast of progress / issues.
• Take full ownership of issues that arise – provide analysis of issues, escalate them as and when necessary, and take them through to resolution within defined SLAs.
• Follow Firm Standards as may relate to issue documentation and incident management
Developer with 4-6 years of experience and good knowledge of technologies like Java/J2EE, spring boot, Informatica, Angular, RDBMS, and Unix Shell Scripting, to develop, maintain and support applications in the Compliance area.
• The candidate should have good technical knowledge and must have a sound and proven track record in Java/J2EE and web application development and RDBMS and should also have extensive experience of software development processes, methodologies and best practices.
• Candidate should have basic understanding of Capital markets and products
• Sound knowledge/Exposure to DevOps toolchain (Nexus, Jenkins CI/CD, Ansible)
