JOB PURPOSE:
This position currently supports U.S. Retail Marketing team in submitting the due diligence questionnaires along with population of consultant databases. This job also requires the candidate to provide support on other marketing activities that include literature management.
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
- Under direct supervision, refer to various sources and populate data in questionnaires and consultant Databases with information pertaining to various assets and associated strategies.
- Support in Handling Client Queries appropriately and in a timely manner
- Strictly adhere to policies & procedures while working on reports and due diligence in completing with highest standards.
- Work with US and UK based product marketers to seek clarification on the data loaded.
- Learn and contribute to the team by working on the assigned business activity from time-to-time.
- Participate and contribute to the events organized internally in the team, department and company.
- Ensure Team Lead/ Manager is made aware of any issue that may get escalated.
Work Experience / Knowledge:
- Understanding of Asset Management Industry and understanding of performance calculations is preferred

Working Conditions:
