We are currently hiring for Sales (Bpo)

Total Years of Experience: 4 to 7 years

Location: Vandalur,Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify new sales opportunities and handle and follow up with prospective customers preferably (USA, Europe) Market.
Make outbound cold calls and emails as per daily targets to explore sales opportunities.
Achieve quarterly milestones and close sales.
Regularly study key/ growth accounts and identify important players.
Collaborate with Sales head and to work towards closing deals.
Maintain a detailed database with all information on the prospects.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Individual performer required; not leads or managers.
Proven sales track record.
Should have closed atleast 2 FAO contracts of USD 250,000 each in the last three years.
Excellent spoken and written English proficiency.
Should have worked atleast 3 years in European or US market.
Should have worked in the US day timings in the last 2 years.
Hands on Experience in End to End Sales

Job Description

Generate leads from Lists, databases, social media
Qualify leads based on organizational criteria
Schedule meetings with prospects and make presentations on service offerings
Engage with the delivery team and respond to RFPs.
Close sales and win deals.
Update CRM with the progress

Hands on Experience in End to End Sales.
Minimum 2 years of Experience in cold calling /Lead generation in IT/BPO sales environment
Should have worked in the US and Europe markets and should have sold BPO service offerings. Experience in selling FAO (Finance and Accounting Outsourcing) Services will be preferred
Effective oral and written communication skills. Be able to understand various accents of English speaking customers across the globe.
Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of customer though various mode including telecom and video conferencing.
Team player with willingness to work with cross-functional teams.
Technical skill sets: Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point. Exposure to CRM/ERP tools will be an added advantage
Should have Fixed appointment for Pre Sales Manager and also convert the sales lead to a Business to the organisation.
Should be targeting to get new logo & expanding existing opportunities.
Knowledge on Market research of prospects for better understanding of the client requirements.
Knowledge required to assist in creating RFP responses to potential clients
