Responsibilities:
- Work in a global team as an Individual contributor with significant responsibilities of electronic system design. Honeywell Recruitment 2021
- The responsibilities include schematic development, component selection, detailed design, verification testing and interfacing with other functional/support teams (such as mechanical, manufacturing process, simulation, drafting, ECAD, evaluation, marketing, supply chain and external test labs).
- Additional responsibilities include firmware development, data acquisition software applications, technical report generation, documentation & progress reporting.
- He/She needs to have proven record of design delivery in a New Product Introduction (NPI) team for minimum of 3 yrs.
Essential Skills
- Hands-on experience of Micro-controller interfacing, Analog to Digital data conversion, designing with opamps, transistors, MOSFET, linear & switching regulators, Current output (4-20mA) circuits
- Ability to automate data acquisition tasks with PC software like LabVIEW or Python
- Ability to develop embedded programs in C-language
- Good knowledge of various serial communication protocols such as USB, SPI, and I2C.

- Hands on experience with error budgeting of electronic circuits
- Good exposure to EMI/EMC & best practices in the design & certification of products
- Must have exhibited strong technical ownership in the full life cycle projects
- Conceptualize the product and translate the requirements into CTQs for design
- Experience in PCB schematics & layout design tools (ORCAD/Mentor Graphics).
- Design for manufacturability, assembly & testing expertise.
- Demonstration of usage of six sigma tools in projects is preferred
- Ability to statistically analyze data with software tools like Excel, MATLAB, and Minitab, and data science tools like Python
- Familiarity with silicon & IC Fabrication process, MEMS design and application
