To qualify for the role you must have
A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Blue prism development.
Good to have exposure in handling complex multi bot architecture-based projects.
Designed at least 4-6 processes end-end with Blue Prism technology
Ability to understand a business process from a workflow diagram
Ability to write and review technical designs as and when required.
Experience in code changes/releases to production environment
Ability to quickly analyze Incidents which occur in production environment and fix it
Ability to deal efficiently with escalations and difficult situations/people under pressure
Ability to work in time sensitive and stressful situations with ease and professionalism
Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
Superior organizational skills in planning and prioritizing own workload and initiatives
Flexible to work in shifts and on-on call including weekends
Good presentation abilities, both verbal and visual
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate easily with stakeholders
RPA Certified in Blue Prism
Added advantage if possess knowledge in:-
C#.net and experience in extending BP code using the same.
Working with SQL Database, writing queries and handling it in codes.
Experience in creating and working with Macros.
Experience in creating and working on scripts Python, Perl, VB Script etc.
Experience in working with ERPs (SAP or other primary ERP systems), CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
University degree in IT or business or equivalent.
Overall 4-6 years of experience which includes development and support experience
Ideally, youll also have
Blue Prism Support experience.
Working in a virtual team environment across multiple time zones
Knowledge and exposure to IT Infrastructure, Network technologies and access management within enterprises.
Exposure to Windows server / Desktop maintenance and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of technical considerations and best practices
Experience in handling Incidents and Changes in ServiceNow or similar Service Management Software’s
Experience in Interfacing with software vendors, suppliers, and professional services in support of automation software’s.
