Description for Hero FinCorp Recruitment:
Designation: Credit Analyst
Education: MBA (Finance) from a reputed / premium Institute, CFA Level II or FRM would be an added advantage
Job Responsibility:
– Analysis of financial statements/offer memorandum/term sheets to judge the liquidity and credit worthiness of the clients (Mid / Large Corporates) for lending/equity perspective.
– Regular Credit Approvals and Monitoring of the portfolio.
– Building financial models and internal credit packages based on the Offering Memorandum, rational assumptions and past financials.
– Extensive coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
– Knowledge of asset market origination criteria’s including the basic process, collaterals analysis/amortization, analysing terms and conditions and its impact on deal execution.
– Monitoring and internal reporting post closure of a deal.
– Regular tracking on deal collaterals and analysis of the credit quality and liquidity.
Work experience background required:
Years of experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience in FIs or Banks
– Knowledge and relevant experience in corporate debt, end to end CAM preparation, CMA preparation, credit underwriting, loan level analysis, commercial loans and asset securitization and structured finance
– Excellent Writing skills
– Experience with Financial Modelling, and strong quantitative and analytical orientation.
– Good communication and inter-personal skills.
– Excellent in excel, power point and word (Proficiency in MS Office).
– Creative, self-starter, ability to work alone with little or no supervision. Ability to work under pressure.
– Excellent command over written English (for internal pitch and internal memos).
Preferred skills:
– Excel modelling skills.
– Working knowledge of Credit underwriting process, monitoring and credit risk analysis.
– Critical thinking skills and ability to analyse difficult problems
