Roles and Responsibilities
1. Achieve monthly production targets
2. Maintain process parameters
1. Process troubleshooting
3. Acquire sound knowledge of chemistry and engineering related to present process and equipment
4. Manage manpower allocation regularly and during shortage period
8. Support maintenance team during Break down and preventive maintenance
9. Manage the area of operations during plant shutdown
10. Maintaining production process as per ISO and FSSAI norms regarding food production.
