Roles and Responsibilities

Production Planning, Organizing, Staffing, Maintenance, and directing Plant Operation
Execution of Monthly Production targets
Responsible for overall operations in the unit
Productivity improvement and cost reduction through innovative ideas.
Timely submission of reports pertaining to maintenance, production, inventory
Following all factory safety regulations accordingly and ensure the staff are trained to abide by these safety requirements.
Managing the Labour resources (including contract labour)
Any other duties that may be assigned by UH from time to time.
Kaizen and innovation to reduce Energy consumption in unit.
Desired Candidate Profile
B.E. / B. Tech.( Electrical/Electronics)
5-7 years of relevant experience in handling shift production
Should be ready to work in Shifts.
