- Strong Business Analytics experience preferably in US Insurance domain
- Have experience in working with large datasets

Responsibilities
- Proficient in Advance Excel and VBA knowledge would have an added advantage.
- Understand the communicated requirements and perform adhoc’s testing and performing reconciliations on the developed report to ensure the accuracy of desired output.
- Performing Program Reconciliation Reports and maintaining Audit artifacts
- Working on process change requests on steady state reports with attention to reconciliation expectations and co-coordinating with different teams and PA’s (Program administrators) to seek issues
- Document preparation (SOP) for developed reports to share with team members and must be able to own the responsibilities assigned and manage/prioritize them based on due dates and task demands.
- Work on fixing any Errors/Fall out transactions before month end close and testing of movement of data between different servers.
- Domain Knowledge – Should have significant knowledge of working in NAS/US Insurance Industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills with analytical mind set
- Own the responsibilities assigned and must be able to prioritize deliverables in hand as per the need of the hour
- Coordinate with other team members in order to ensure smooth delivery of tasks scheduled/assigned
- Managing internal/external stakeholders seamlessly
