Primary Responsibilities:
. Needs to be highly proficient in Db Structures and DbMS
. Highly skilled in PowerBI & Excel
. Will be responsible for data collation, management and reporting for training batches running across 13+ locations PAN India and In-house
. Provide actionable insights (from data analysis) to stakeholders
. Should be able to coordinate and communicate data requirements to and from Outsourced Partners & within/outside L&D Teams
. Should have a keen eye for anomalies and data points that skew data sets and should be proactive in flagging them off
. Will be responsible for data and report integrity being shared with all stakeholders
. Should be able to vet raw data, create dashboards and views that are consumable to decision makers and stakeholders
. Liaison with WFM and BI team to upload holistic data for provisioning dashboards on Power BI
Secondary Responsibility:
. Should be proactive in simplifying current recording systems and making it simpler for end-user which is the partner training team
. Ability to experiment with alternate analytical techniques to solve problems
. Build metrics improvement roadmaps with insights noncritical levers to achieve targets
