Job Description:
What a typical day looks like:
- Should have in-depth understanding of global Telecom and Network services billing.
- Experience in Telecom invoice processing or inventory management is must.
- Must be proficient in Excel functions, pivots, charts and preferably Macros.
- Strong ability to collaborate with various internal and external teams located worldwide.
- Telecom Inventory Management involves 1) Maintain voice and mobile inventory in TEM tool, 2) Periodic inventory reconciliation
- Telecom Invoice Management involves 1) Invoice and payment tracking. 2) Invoice validation . 3) Charge category mapping 4) Cost center mapping and charge back
- Reporting and Collaboration involves 1) Reporting of inventory and cost to various stakeholders. 2)Assist AP team for invoice and inventory related queries 3)Collaborate with supplier and AP team for resolving payment escalations and late fees issues
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Any Graduates with 2 to 4 years of work experience in Telecom Expense Management (TEM).
- Must have experience in dealing with international carriers and billing
- Experience of working in a TEM tool is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication.
- Shift timings: 2pm to 11pm
