Job Role Responsibilities;
- Perform necessary attest/reviews of contractor’s invoices (including vendor and subcontractor as applicable), for compliance with terms and rates of agreement/purchase order and adequacy of supporting documentation, prior to sending to payables for payment.
- Monitor workflow of invoices to project team members, who provide goods/services receipt verification, and to payables, for timely payment of invoices.
- Communicate invoice exceptions to contractor and project accountant and work with both to achieve timely resolution of exceptions.
- Understand contractual agreements and how it impacts billings to projects
- Develop and implement best practices on Invoice Procedures
- Work with contractors, payables and projects accountants to troubleshoot when issues arise
- Maintain all documents for audit purpose
Comply with Company controls requirements such as Company’s System of Management Controls (SMC), Delegation of Authority guide (DOAG), CIMS (Controls Integrity Management System)guideline, MPI (Management Protection Information) guidelines, RMG (Record Management Guidelines), local regulations, and desk manual (if any).

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Commerce from a recognized university with a CGPA score of 6 and above
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience with good MS Access and Excel skills
- Minimum 1 year of work experience of PtP (Procure to Pay) Process including . Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP)
- Experience in Payables operations will be an advantage
