Role: Test Manager

Desired Industry Experience: 12 years
Desired Relevant Experience: Manual, Automation (Selenium/QTP). The incumbent should have at least 12 years strong testing experience. He/She should be highly driven and self-motivated to join our QA team.
Academic Qualification: BE/ BTech/ MCA
Role Description:
Define and Manage technical aspect of all integration, verification, validation and release activities in a system level project
Provide design release evidence and work as counterpart of design architect of project
Testability review of user needs, intended uses and system requirements.
Provide system V&V planning input, estimation and WBS to Test Manager.
Provide efficient V&V test strategy formulation for system release
Architect the test environment and test infrastructure
Defining the entry, suspension and exit criteria for system verification
Creating and maintaining system V&V Test Traceability Matrix (TTM)
Defining Test Automation scope and approach
Risk management from test perspective
Training the development and testing organizations testing discipline
Shift Time: (UK Shift (1:00 PM 10:00 PM).

Good experience in Software Testing process and methodologies
Good understanding of software architectures from testability aspects
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Strong experience on MS Office (Word, Visio, Power Point).

Defect Management: JIRA, QC, Bugzilla etc.
Test Management: QC or any other tool.
