Responsible for managing and providing oversight on administrating well-being programs to promote employees physical, mental and/or financial well-being across the organization whilst offering very structured and tangiblesolutions:
Support the USI Well-being and Benefits [AS1] Leader in driving well-being strategy for USI focused on all aspects of well-being of our professionals and enabling them to bring their best selves to work every day for the organization and for themselves
Design programs, look for improvements and recommend solutions to promote well-being across USI
Partner with the US Well-being team to align with the firm wide well-being strategy/framework and top priorities
Leverage and adapt available resources and messaging from US Well-being for a more consistent workforce experience
Manage the expansion of the US well-being champion network (Well-being Wizards program) to USI
Bring thought leadership, market insights (internal/external) and research in the area of workplace well-being and shape well-being priorities for USI
Work closely with the key stakeholders including ELE team and service providers in ensuring smooth execution of the well-being programs across USI
Conduct and manage a variety of wellness sessions including health talk / awareness sessions, fitness programs, fitness camps etc. at a green dot / USI level
Engage with business/ respective business well-being SPOC to provide advisory from a Well-being perspective for any business and location specific requests and act as a strategic partner with them as necessary. Develop high quality and enduring relationships with key stakeholders
Managethetoolsandprocessesused/followedtocarryoutthevariousprograms .

Qualifications:

Education: Master’sdegree

Experience: 6-9yearsofrelevant experience [AS2] [CLAP3] forAM & 10-14 Years for Manager

Skills:
Master’sdegreein HumanResourcesfromanyofthereputedHRinstitutes from Tier 1 / 2 B-Schools
With at least 4-5 years of experience in managing Benefits and Well-being function of similar organization and/or in IT/ITES/Services firms
Detailoriented,excellentresearchandcommunicationskills
Ensure excellent presentation in our outputs – you don’t just produce analysis but are able to use power point (or other storyboarding approaches) to inform and engage the reader and enable an efficient and data-driven decision-making process
Experience dealing with senior stakeholders and influencing program discussions through proven expertise.
Proven and robust communication and influencing skills, you can use different communication styles to engage differing stakeholders (technical, senior leadership, line management and your own team).
A proven leader and coach with experience in building and managing teams.
