Roles and Responsibilities :

Receive the RFQ from sales, study & define customer requirements along with sales/ customer.
Work along with CFT and matrix organization to prepare quote/ proposal.
Review and evaluate quote / proposal Formulate and communicate competitive analyses with respect to customer expectations/ internal benchmarks.
Price discrepancy resolution
Liaison between Sourcing, Engineering, Finance, sales and BU (where necessary) to create accurate product pricing.
Timely preparation of quote / proposal as per internal benchmark/ customer requirements.
Perform analysis, support pricing initiatives and ensure winnable quotes.
Manage communications with all stakeholders
Report progress and status of the RFQ at regular intervals
Building and managing relationships with customers
Identify new business opportunities from new and existing customers
Work with existing customers on year on year discussions on existing business
Work with other business units and customers to identify opportunities in integrated design and manufacturing
Building sales pipelines and managing the size and quality of the pipeline
Maintain and keep sales force entries up to date and accurate for sales reporting
Managing and coordinating customer visits along with giving presentations, planning demos etc

– Understanding of project / program management techniques and methods
– Knowledge of MS Office / MS Project will be added advantage
