Roles and Responsibilities :

Works with Product Development, Planning and Operations to introduce and shepherd new models through the factory.
Create and maintain schedules to keep projects on schedule.
Record and interpret data generated during validation and Pilot runs.
Review product specification for potential flags to prevent costly confusion and mis-builds ensuring consistent quality across the board.
Key point of contact for day-to-day spec questions, drawings, and other product documentation.
Perform CNC programming.
Work on Production floor to prove out new processes.
Conduct training to Production employees on new product implementation.
Explore opportunities for process improvements for NPI and current production for both Corona production and Specialty brands.
Drive rapid yield and quality improvement learning cycle
Perform failure diagnoses and analyses on testing failures
Develop plans/processes for new facility introduction with the goal of optimizing timeline of new facility build and bring-up
Analyze and recommend improvements to production processes and methods to facilitate performance and quality enhancements
Prepare project timelines and identify all resource requirements
Work with design and systems engineers to develop supporting documentation (work instructions, SOPs) to guide equipment bring-up, define operational windows and preventative maintenance intervals
Work with sustaining engineers to ensure a smooth handoff of the product to the Operations team by providing proper documentation, plans and procedures
Desired Candidate Profile :
Min 4 to 6 years of experience in Electronics Manufacturing Industry.
Working knowledge of industrial electronics
Problem Solving & Analysis
Lean Manufacturing implementation experience.
Design Jigs knowledge and Experience.
Computer skills (Proficiency in Microsoft Office.)
