- 3+ years of experience in Veeva CRM and total 5+ years’ experience in CRM
- Technical hands-on experience in modules: Territory Alignment, KAM, Customer Management, CLM, KOL Management, Events Management, Sample Management, Order Management, Multi-Channel Content, Target List/ Cycle Plan, ToT Management, Veeva specific modules (Approved Email, Engage, Co-Browse)
- Design & develop Veeva CRM integration solutions
- Design & develop Veeva CRM platform solution
- Onsite/Offshore co-ordination
Veeva CRM Tech Lead:
- Experience in Life Sciences, CRM business processes
- 5+ years of experience in Veeva CRM and total 10+ years’ experience in CRM
