Who You’ll Work With:
The selected candidate will be working in a team that provides technical support for Cisco data center network Automation Applications as well as cloud management-related applications.
These DC Apps integrate with many 3rd party technologies like – Kubernetes, Docker, Elastic Search, Redis, Kafka, Different Databases, VMWare Hypervisor (ESX), etc
Some of the DC Applications are Data Center Automation Products like DCNM (Datacenter network manager), NDP (Nexus better broker) UCSD (UCS director) CCS (Cloud Center Suite), CCP (Cisco Container Platform), CPSC (Cisco Prime Service Catalog), CPO (Cisco Process Orchestration) or AO (Action Orchestration), etc
Who You Are:
- This role will for candidates with solid background in supporting Applications and who enjoys troubleshooting complex problems in a data center scenario.
- This role will offer extensive Learning opportunities within the Data Centre Automation Tools.
- The successful candidate will have a proven ability to resolve complex technical problems, multitask, and be dedicated to customer success.
Role and specific responsibilities:
- Experience analyzing, using, and configuring medium to large Application
- Knowledge of OS – Linux, Windows, VMWare & any Cloud Exposure
- VMware knowledge or certifications would be a distinct advantage
- Understanding of Routing, Switching, Data center concepts
- Familiar with VxLAN, Overlay, Underlay networks, etc.
- Familiar with Routing Protocols like BGP, OSPF,
- Thorough with Linux and Application Architecture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
