Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyse and resolve problem incidents and Service requests independently within the SLA Period in MM module
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions
- Expertise in MM processes & configuration : Purchasing, Inventory management
- Z developments in MM process
- Conduct Unit tests, Integration tests and system Integration tests
- Web Portal functional activities
- Knowledge in Interfaces: Idoc processing, AIF, API,RFC,PI interfaces
- Preparation of Impact Analysis for new Z developments
- Extended support for month end activities
- Customer interactions with good communication skill
- Documentation (User manual, Functional specification)
