Job Description: Birlasoft  Recruitment

Responsible for managing Birlasoft relationships with targeted advisors, responsibilities include:

Work with all Birlasoft verticals and horizontal business unit to brief and position Birlasoft products and services to advisors
Identify, connect and deepen Birlasoft relationships with Advisors
Work with advisors to bring in qualified opportunities
Facilitate with advisors to get coaching on on-going deals
Plan, schedule and facilitate Advisor meetings with Birlasoft leaders
Track and report all advisor deal and interaction activity
Responsible for frequent Executive meetings and briefings and for positioning Birlasoft as a thought-leader with the Advisor community
Responsible for increasing the Wallet Share (Leads / RFP’s / Win Rate) of the TPA led pursuits, providing appropriate introductions and support to the business units
Focused GTM and market penetration activities with key TPA’s

Qualifications:

IT background in sales and/ or consulting
3+ years of Advisory Relations as part of 10+ years of business experience
Capability to build relationships at all levels (externally with Advisors and internally within Birlasoft)
Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills
Must possess strong relationship and communication skills to succeed in large, complex Advisor led deal opportunities
MBA degree a requisite
