Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure all Client interaction processes are as per norms/guidelines; adherence to Sales Code of Conduct.
Initially, Management Trainees are mentored by CEOs/GMs as part of rigorous training.
Ability to create rapport with peers and other units like service/operations, compliance, senior RMs, lending teams etc.
Support in revenue generation through various methods. Enthusiastic & Energetic re: Sales Goals.
Incumbents will be responsible for Financial advisory through the process of Financial Planning and to Ensure revenue targets across products are met consistently.
Penetration of all products including Mutual Funds (Major product), Insurance (LI & GI), FD, Bonds, IPO’s, in all clients portfolios and to identify opportunities to cross-sell & deep-sell by profiling clients in detail.
Acquisition of new clients. Acquire and build relationships with HNI clients and handle and reviewing their portfolios.
Portfolio Management, client servicing for an existing portfolio in terms of investments and handling and reviewing their portfolios. To Analyze, understand customer’s 360-degree financial needs and fulfil with appropriate products.
