Job Summary/ Description:
This is an individual contributor role in a team environment with active participation to support business and client functions. Candidates will perform Change & Incident Management – Proactive & Reactive, taking ownership of problem, troubleshooting & analysis, interface with clients and across AT&T sister workgroups. This is a 24×7 rotational role.

- Customer and vendor follow up
- Recommend possible solutions for customer issues
- Provides day-to-day support for security engineering, and operations tasks including assisting peers with issues and escalations
- Timely engage next level for review and escalation as needed
Skills: Knowledge of any of Cisco, Checkpoint, PaloAlto, Fortinet, proxy
Certification: Preferred Cisco CCNA. Other security certifications will be added advantage
