Function: Creation of Corporate Action Notification, Validation of CA Event and releasing of corporate action notification & processing of corporate action swifts Activity
End to End CA Event Notification process for Global Market
Review MT564/MT568/MT566 swift message from sub custodian and verify the same with the second source like IDC, Bloomberg and TKLS and release captain notice of corporate action to the client and accounting team
Resolve all discrepancies, ensure to take action on everyday matters as well as enquiries from all external clients plus internal department
Ensure to escalate more complicated issues complying procedure to assure timeliness and processing accuracy
Conduct different associated auditing functions
Interpret and manage controls and risk within all group functions
Convey and manage entire event deadline with client both external and internal
Convey necessary instruction to all clients
Validation of CA Event (Golden copy of Event) by performing Market Price Impact Test.
Daily follow up with sub custodian for queries and resolution
Daily and monthly peer review for the activities
