Job Description: AtoS Recruitment

Unified Endpoint Management Technical Architect responsible for architecture, design, installation and configuration of UEAM services. Lead technical architect is expected to lead and coordinate project activities across customer, technology vendor and Atos teams. UEAM technologies include Windows 10, MS Intune SCCM, Workspace One. UEM Technical Architect are critical resources required for big and complex T&T projects that currently rolling and for ones included in the pipeline. Technical Architects are also required to standard service development and lifecycle management project activities.

Responsibilities For AtoS Recruitment

  • Major role includes providing Solutions, Implementation, configuration and troubleshooting of various platforms
  • Work with customers to architect modern desktop management solutions using Windows 10 and Intune
  • Design and deployment of solutions with Microsoft SCCM and Azure Intune
  • Extensive experience in design and installation of SCCM
  • Assisting in Design and implementation of the IT infrastructure, troubleshooting and provide solutions for problems and conflicts.
  • Production of Low-Level Design Documents for multiple workplace services.
  • Technical Documentation and Report creation
  • Planning for Disaster Recovery & High Availability systems
  • Drive Service Acceptance into Business as Usual Operations Support
  • Support performance and functional testing of workplace services
  • Responsible for deploying of SCCM CB with IBCM and CO management
  • Responsible for deploying Wintel OS and SCCM Server Builds
  • Migration/upgrade of SCCM server to latest Current Branch platforms
  • Contribute to New-Builds/migration and upgrades
  • Experience with AD, GPO, MDT and related technologies/tools
  • Application Delivery infrastructure design and deployment
  • Group Policy design and implementation
  • Develop monitoring and maintenance procedures for Workplace Services
  • Use of Enterprise Management Systems including Patch Management, Software Distribution and Asset Management
  • Maintain an awareness of current developments in Digital Workplace and conduct research and development of new technologies
  • Provide advice, both reactively and pro-actively, to customers, projects and colleagues
  • Identify opportunities and develop automation for the deployment and management of Workplace Services
  • Strong SCCM infrastructure management knowledge\experience required.
