Key job responsibilities:

- Coordinate with site HR partners when needed

- Ensure utmost quality and timeliness of deliverables to meet customer expectations
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-4 years of overall experience in Research and Analytics, Content Development, or in an HR Generalist role
- Excellent in Verbal and Written English Communication
- Has excellent judgment, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Exposure to MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced college education in any related field (English Literature, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, and Industrial Engineering)
- Superior attention to detail, and has the ability to prioritize daily tasks in a fast-paced working environment
- Able to dive deep into problems, and recommend solutions that are scalable and sustainable
